To whom do we disclose your information?

  • To companies that provide services at our request, g. person providing newsletter sending services, IT service providers, and other service providers that provide the services we need: consultants, auditors, lawyers, etc. These companies/persons have limited access to your information; they may not use this information for purposes other than the provision of services to us;

  • Desiring to comply with the law or responding to a mandatory demand for court proceedings (e.g. by obtaining a lawful order or a search order or other judicial decision);

In the cases referred to in Article 18(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to request to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Where the processing of personal data by automated means is technically feasible, you may request the transfer of your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format to another controller.

The Data Controller may prevent data subjects from exercising the above rights where the prevention, investigation and detection of offences, breaches of professional or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or of others, are necessary in the cases provided for by law.

Final provisions

Once the Privacy Policy has been updated, we will inform you about any substantial changes by publishing a notice on the website. If you sign in after the publication of such a notice, we will assume that you have taken note of the changes specified in the update.
